The “moral” is that Black should seek his chances in piece-play since the pawn ending is lost by force! The subsequent analyses will confirm what may have been expected due to the doubled black pawns on the c-file and a surplus of the white pawns on the kingside: White to move wins since he is practically a pawn up!
